Overview:
The Account Director Business Development plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the organization through fostering strategic partnerships and driving business development initiatives. This individual will be responsible for leading the business development team developing and executing sales strategies and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Nurture and expand client relationships through proactive communication and account management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys client base.
- Prepare and present business proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.

Required Qualifications:
- Masters/Experienced Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in a senior business development or sales leadership role.
