Job description
Responsibilities:
Innovative Sourcing: Drive applicants through creative sourcing methods, including social media, internet search tools, and networking.
Pipeline Building: Conduct exploratory interviews to maintain a consistent talent pipeline.
Networking: Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates.
Screening: Manage incoming resumes and reach out to passive candidates.
Offer Negotiation: Create offer letters and negotiate salary and relocation packages.
Interview Coordination: Coordinate candidate interviews and travel logistics.
Resource Identification: Identify new channels and resources for candidate attraction.
Qualifications:
Education: Relevant degree (Bachelor's or Associate)
Skills: Proficient in presentation software, spreadsheets, and word processing. Familiarity with recruiting metrics and behavioral-based interview techniques.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of in a detail-oriented recruiting role.
Languages: Proficiency in Telugu, Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Compensation:
Salary: Up to 15,000 INR.
Incentives: Up to 20,000 INR.
