Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role in Chennai for a Recruitment (both IT & Non-IT) | HR| Staff Augmentation. As a full-time Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, screening, and interviewing IT / Non-IT talent for domestic and international roles and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing screening candidates to managing job offers and onboarding new hires. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop talent acquisition strategies, manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and stay up to date on the latest industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in domestic and international recruitment with a focus on technical and specialized deep tech skillsets in the information technology field & other fields.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting practices, techniques, and standards. including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation and offer management
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize workload, and adapt to a changing environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools.
  • Professional certification in HR, such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP, is a plus.
  • Experience in staffing specialized tech skillsets across various domains: like Java/J2EE, Python, Full- Stack, Front-End, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, IoT, Big Data, Mobile, etc.
  • Ability to handle a high-volume of candidates efficiently with the quality of the screening pipeline remaining intact.
  • Experience in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, and staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices
  • Experience in staffing specialized tech skillsets such as full stack, backend, front end, DevOps and data science.
