Job description
Should be able to provide technical and functional support for the Oracle Fusion Order Management system, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer inquiries.
Should have a strong understanding of integration of OM, WMS and other applications.
Should have strong understanding of custom solutions for the Oracle Fusion Order Management system, integrating with other applications and be able to suggest simplified solutions for customer success
Should be able to analyse business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for the Oracle Fusion Order Management system.
Should assist users to monitor orders coming from third party application throughout fulfilment process.
Should have a strong understanding of integration of OM, WMS and other applications.
