Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Bench Sales Marketer. As a Bench Sales Marketer, you will work closely with our consultants and market their profiles leading to successful submissions and eventually placements. You will be working on filling candidates for C2C positions. You will also be responsible for building relationships with vendorss and prospects, promoting our consultants and services, and generating leads and revenue for the company.

Essentially find suitable roles across the web and market the consultants profile and place them.

Qualifications

  • Experience in bench sales marketing or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and prioritize multiple projects effectively
  • Understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies
  • Experience in the staffing industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and other relevant software
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, or related field is desirable
  • Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad

Salary: 25000 INR + 1$/Hr of the consultant you place for first 3 months (provided the candidate remains with the project)
