Requirements :

The candidate should have rich experience of 10-15 years handling B2B Sales. Proven experience in sales enablement, channel partner management, or a similar role within a B2B environment. Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective sales training programs and materials. Proficiency in using sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Skilled in training content development. Skilled with 3+ years of experience in training. Excellent communication skills. This project will entail working across geographies and therefore multiple time-zones.
