The Operations Coordinator role is critical to support the Scaled Launch Operations team to successfully launch titles and protect the member experiences via effective milestone tracking, implementing risk mitigation strategies and effective communication with cross functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Perform audits and checks to ensure that our titles are ready for launch (including all pre-launch promotions)
- Constant communication with relevant stakeholders about the risks involved in meeting our launch requirements and reporting progress in resolving the risks
- Protecting the member experience by making adjustments to internal tools to accommodate changes in the launch strategy or shifting timelines
- Agile risk management when exceptions arise, troubleshooting issues in partnership with other teams and working with our internal support and engineering teams to mitigate risks
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of project management or operations experience, preferably in media/tech
- Exemplary organizational skills with an ability to prioritize high volume of work effectively
- Attention to detail while executing on work across several tools and systems
- Proactive, fast, and flexible problem-solver with superb time, resource and stakeholder management
- Professional proficiency in English
- Knowledge of Korean language and entertainment landscape will be a bonus
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Airtable will be a bonus
