Join as a Senior Associate/Consultantwith Oracle Global Business Value Services team

The Global Business Value Services (GBVS) team is focused on helping sales teams globally demonstrate the business value of Oracle's solutions in a deal cycle, thus accelerating deal closure. The GBVS team works on Remote Insights (RI) which include qualitative insights and quantitative analysis including ROI or TCO calculations. The GBVS team works across SaaS, PaaS & IaaS and supports across global regions.

Description What You'll Do

This is your chance to work with the people who are leading the cloud revolution. You'll bring fresh insight to projects that are changing lives around the world. As a Senior Associate/Consultant you will:

• Enable and help accelerate deal closure using Value Consulting approach
• Leverage cutting edge tools available to generate high quality content and business cases
• Drive comprehensive outside-in/inside-out analysis on prospective clients to create value propositions
• Analyze target customers' operations, financial, business objective and key strategic priorities
• Conduct thorough research to understand key challenges, trends and latest developments in the industry
• Collaborate with stakeholders, regional/sales teams to drive value based selling
• Present and defend the insights to key customer stakeholders

Required Skills/Experience

Your drive, knowledge, and commitment will help us become the number one cloud company in the world. You would be a Graduate (MBA will be a plus) from a well-recognized University with at least 4 years of relevant work experience in good IT companies, KPO organizations, market/business research companies.

We are looking for:

• Good understanding of financial analysis and statements including P&L and balance sheet
• Excellent Research skills, ability to create high quality insights and value based case presentations leveraging tools and information gathered from discovery sessions
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact/work within own and other teams
• Understanding of IT landscape/market , esp. Cloud Infrastructure
• Stay abreast of and adapt to rapidly changing technology
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand and articulate customer pain points and priorities
• Build and maintain strong content knowledge across entire Oracle products and services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
