As an

Assistant Retail Store Manager

at

JUSTDOGS,

you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our pet parents. Your main responsibilities will revolve around attending to the needs of our customers, guiding them on our products and spa services, and maintaining the visual appeal of our store. This role requires a passion for pets, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet and assist pet parents as they enter the store. Listen attentively to their needs and provide knowledgeable guidance on our products and spa services. Ensure a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for both pets and their owners. Visual Merchandising: Maintain the visual appeal of the store by arranging products in an attractive and organized manner. Regularly update displays and promotional materials to highlight featured products and services. Ensure that the store layout enhances the overall customer experience. Customer Communications: Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Assist customers with placing orders and managing home deliveries efficiently. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions. Spa Services Management: Schedule and manage appointments for spa services, including grooming and other treatments. Coordinate with the grooming team to ensure appointments are carried out smoothly and according to the pet parent's preferences. Provide information on available spa packages and assist in booking appointments. General Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling. Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store. Contribute to team meetings and offer suggestions for improving store efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Passion for pets and knowledge of pet care products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
