Job description

Understand project needs to define system specifications
Plan and design systems that can scale horizontally or vertically to accommodate growing user bases and increasing workloads.
Communicate system requirements to software development teams
Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members
Assist with solving technical problems when they arise
Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions
Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
Define integration strategies and protocols for connecting Java applications with other systems, services, and APIs.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges that may arise during the development and maintenance phases.
Implement monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify and address system issues.
Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices for Java development within the team, ensuring high-quality code and maintainability.

Mandatory Skill

Proven experience as a Technical Architect with Java
Hands-on Java experience with software development and system administration
Understanding of strategic IT solutions
Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
Familiarity with various operating systems
Experience in cloud technologies and mobile application
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Familiarity with security best practices, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
Strong understanding of architectural patterns, such as microservices, RESTful architecture, and cloud-native design.
Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.
