Job description

This position, which is within the Secure Private Access Team(SPA) and Citrix Endpoint Management(CEM), will initially focus on the testing of SPA and CEM product line and will present you with a unique opportunity to expand problem-solving situations that will become a valuable career asset. Role Responsibilities
• Designs, tests, troubleshoots, and debugs complex software applications
• Creates and maintains agile test planning & execution throughout SDLC while accounting for automation, functional, performance, stress, and scalability
• Performs exploratory testing and manages defects
• Ensures customer success by providing technical guidance, assisting Support and DevOps teams in troubleshooting customer issues
• Deliver training, best practices, and technical content to facilitate product adoption
Basic Qualifications
• Requires advanced knowledge of Software Quality Engineering obtained through advanced education combined with experience
• Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior testing experience
• Experience with cloud-computing platforms e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP
• Experience with Windows Systems administration and
Must have experience:
• SDLC, STLC and Agile Process Knowledge
• Test Planning, Test Cases Authoring, and Reporting
• Product testing experience, Web & SaaS and Mobile Application testing background (Preferably Networking and Security Domain)
Must have knowledge:
• Networking concepts, TCP/IP suite of protocols(tcp, udp, DNS, ftp, telnet etc)
• Cryptography, PKI and SSL VPN concepts
• Managing Windows/Linux/Mac systems configurations & debugging
• Managing Mobile devices - iOS and Android for application installations, configurations & debugging
• Networking commands and tools in Windows and Linux/Mac - SSH, NSLOOKUP, TRACEROUTE etc
• Troubleshooting/debugging tools - fiddler, Wireshark, Windows Event Viewer, and Web browser developer tools.
Good to have:
• API testing knowledge - Postman, SoAPUI
• Automation experience in developing/ or maintaining framework in Selenium, Python, JAVA or ROBOT framework.
• Automating test cases with existing automation framework in Selenium, Python, JAVA, or ROBOT framework.
• Windows system administration, Active Directory Administration
• Basic knowledge of Cloud services - Azure, AWS and GCP
