Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Sales Manager & Sales Executive. The Assistant Sales Manager and Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, creating sales strategies, and managing a team of sales representatives. This role is located in New Delhi, but some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Team management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
