Job description
We are looking for an Account Manager, who has multitasking and, problem-solving skills who can manage the designated clients end to end.Â
For this role, we need you to have a good understanding of Excel, and effective communication skills both oral & written. To succeed in this role, you should also be a good problem-solver with sharp analytical thinking.Â

Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management and handholding of designated clients.Â
- Be the first point of contact with Banks, designated clients, and internal stakeholders.Â
- End-to-end handling of new clients including requirement collation, coordination with Banks, and internal teams i.e. Technology & TechOps till the client goes live.Â
- To handle and resolve customer complaints. Manage troubleshooting, give effective solutions, provide information & reports, and improve customer satisfaction.Â
- Proactively generate business leads from banks & existing clients.Â
- Nurture Account management clients to be Key Accounts.Â
- Coordinate with internal teams and follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.Â
- Identify urgent situations and escalate issues appropriately.Â
- Source new business from existing merchants through references.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduates/post-graduates ideally with around 3 - 5 years of client handling experience.Â
- Excellent Communication Skills In English and Hindi - written and verbalÂ
- Good listening skills and active problem-solving skillsÂ
- Computer Savvy, Ability to multitask.Â
- Ability to handle the pressure
