Job description
- Work closely with Engineers and other Designers to accurately interpret the engineering design of 3D PDMS model for offshore projects using PDMS.
- Software : PDMS, MDS, AutoCAD, E3D, Aveva Cable Design, Navis Work
- 3D PDMS modelling of Power Control Cable Trays, Cable Tray Supports, Lighting Fixtures, Welding Sockets, JBs, LCS etc
- Extraction of equipment s cable trays using PDMS.
- Customization, Templates Cataloguing, Macros for different applications using PDMS.
- Co-ordination with Inter-disciplines for clash checks resolves.
- Co-ordination with the clients for clarifications regarding layout drawings, documents, Installation drawings.
Education: Diploma in Instrumentation/Electrical.
Experience: 5- 15 years relevant experience in the offshore Oil Gas industry with specific experience on Electrical design for Offshore Oil and Gas facilities Wellhead platforms, Fixed Process Platforms, FPSO topsides modules Turret Mooring System
