Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating and developing content, implementing social media marketing strategies, and analyzing performance metrics. The role requires an in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, a strong understanding of target audiences, and an ability to create engaging content to increase brand awareness, improve customer engagement, and drive traffic to the company's website. Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating compelling content, and analyzing performance metrics A strong understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Experience using social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels is a must.
