JOB ROLE: Data Mining Engineer Power BI
Location: Bangalore / Hybrid(JP Nagar Phase 5 Bangalore)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
For Data Mining engineer we have the following requirement
Good knowledge of SalesForce Database
ability to create reports using the sales force database
like Case Volumes / weekly / monthly trends
SR to PR Ratio
Top SR Generators by Region / Component / product
MTTR calculation (SRs with PRs and SRs without PRs)
Good knowledge of Excel
Good Knowledge of Power BI
Some degree of Python scripting experience
NOTE:
A power BI developer is not expected here.
We need profiles as Data Engineer / Data Mining who can prepare POC using Power BI Dashboards and Excel sheets.
