Role Overview:
As an HR Executive at Influir Media, you will play a pivotal role in
managing human resource functions and initiatives, ensuring the
recruitment, agency culture and development, and retention of top talent
in alignment with our agency's goals and values.
Responsibilities: Utilize a comprehensive understanding of various hiring platforms.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening,
and interviewing candidates with a focus on acquiring top-tier talent.
Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring they
seamlessly integrate into the agency's culture and workflows.
Administer performance evaluation processes and support managers in
setting performance goals and providing constructive feedback.
Foster positive employee relations by addressing queries, conflicts,
and grievances promptly and professionally.
Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and
retention.
Lead initiatives focused on promoting employee well-being, emphasizing
mental health support and fostering a healthy work-life balance.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements,
staying updated on labor laws and industry regulations.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Requirements: Minimum 2 - 3 years of HR experience within an advertising agency or
related creative industry.
Proven expertise in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations,
performance management, and people and culture management.
Strong grasp of HR best practices, policies, and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at working with
diverse teams.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
