Job description

Job Title: Learning & Development Trainer

Company: Brandsemi Private Limited

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Development:

- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop comprehensive learning programs aligned with Brandsemis business objectives and employee development goals.

- Design and create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods.

2. Training Delivery:

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at all levels, both in-person and virtually, covering topics such as product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and professional development.

- Facilitate workshops, group discussions, and role-playing exercises to enhance learning retention and application of skills.

3. Employee Onboarding:

- Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new hires, providing them with the necessary knowledge and tools to become productive members of the team from day one.

- Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new employees, incorporating feedback and continuous improvement into the onboarding process.

4. Performance Support:

- Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to reinforce learning and development objectives, address skill gaps, and enhance performance.

- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and create personalized development plans for individual employees, leveraging a blend of formal training and on-the-job experiences.

5. Training Evaluation and Feedback:

- Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms, making data-driven adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.

- Solicit feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content, delivery methods, and overall learning experience.

Work Environment:

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Education, Training & Development, Human Resources, or related field.

- Proven 7-10 Yrs experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.

- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners of diverse backgrounds and learning styles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in instructional design principles, learning management systems (LMS), and e-learning authoring tools is a plus.
