Role Description This is a full-time on-site TeleCaller Sales and Counseling in some Coaching Centers near role located in Haldwani. Marketing Executive Need to Visit in client site/home on daily basis for counseling. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls from existing customers, and following up on leads and close sales on daily basis. The Marketing Executive will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints or issues, as well as updating customer information in the database and meeting monthly sales targets. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi Experience in sales or telesales is preferred Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer complaints or issues Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferredJob tags
