Job Description:

Assist in developing procurement strategies aligned with company goals and independently implementing the same, optimizing processes, and identifying cost-saving opportunities through market research and collaboration. Optimize supplier selection, negotiation, monitoring, and relationship management with key suppliers for a reliable and valuable supply chain. Manage purchase order process, ensuring accurate and complete conversion of requisitions, coordination with stakeholders and suppliers to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely delivery. Work closely with the inventory management team/Store Manager to optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and conduct regular inventory analysis for efficient demand planning. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies, conduct supplier risk assessments, and incorporate industry standards and best practices to effectively manage risks in procurement activities.

Qualifications

:

Master degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in procurement (3-5 Years), sourcing, or supply chain management. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier evaluation. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in using procurement software and tools. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
