Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in business administration healthcare management or a
related field. A masters degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the healthcare or
related industry in India.
Indepth knowledge of the Indian healthcare ecosystem including trends
regulations and market dynamics.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing
deals and achieving targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact
effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strategic mindset and analytical thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize
on market opportunities.
Strong relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility
with clients and key industry players.
Selfmotivated resultoriented and capable of working independently as well as
in a team environment.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
