Amayz Commerce Academy is located in Pune and caters to coaching requirements of both students and working professionals. For students, we offer a variety of courses in subjects like Accountancy, Bookkeeping, Costing, Taxation, Financial Management, Economics, Management, and more. With small batch sizes of 15, we ensure personalized attention for each student. For corporates, we provide professional development training in Business English, MS Excel, and PowerPoint. Courses are customized and can be conducted on-site, online, or in a hybrid format. Our Founder is a seasoned professional with 30+ years of experience and conducts personal guidance and mentoring sessions for our students and working professionals. Role Description This is role for a Student Career Counselor based on demand at Amayz Commerce Academy's office in Pune. The Student Career Counselor position is for those seeking a supplementary position in addition to their main source of income . This will be a new cell set up for student career guidance. This will target mainly those of Stds 10 to 12 who need to decide/change their field and career path. You would need to assess the results of an online aptitude test conducted by the Academy, check relevant career opportunities, suggest educational institutions providing such courses and/or placement, and present these to the student and/or parent in a 1 hour counselling session. Remuneration is on a per student basis. Counselling sessions will be held as per mutual convenience Interested should have the experience and capability to manage this independently with little intervention from the Management. The Student Career Counselor should be based in Pune and not should not ask for relocation from other locations. Fluency in Marathi, Hindi and English are a must Qualifications Career Counseling, Student Counseling, and Communication skills Expertise in Career Development and Career Management Strong interpersonal and listening skills Knowledge of educational and career resources Ability to assess students' interests, skills, and goals Experience in guiding students in making educational and career decisions Relevant certifications in Career Counseling or related field Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field is preferredJob tags
