Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive Recruitment at ANB Metal Cast Private Limited located in Rajkot. The Human Resources Executive Recruitment will be responsible for performing daily HR functions including HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR Policies, Human Resources (HR).
Qualifications
- HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and processes
- Human Resources (HR) skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Experience with recruitment and selection
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
