Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions that meet our clients' business needs. You will be responsible for leading the architecture and design efforts across various projects, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design and architecture discussions, decisions, and initiatives for our software projects. Develop and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions using a combination of ReactJS and Spring Boot. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product managers to deliver best-in-class solutions. Drive the development of frameworks, tools, and best practices to streamline development processes and improve overall efficiency. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and expertise. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into our projects as appropriate. Champion design thinking methodologies and principles throughout the software development lifecycle. Expertise in ReactJS and Spring Boot with hands-on experience in building and deploying complex, scalable web applications. Deep understanding of design principles, software architecture patterns, and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges. Experience with framework development and customization to meet specific project requirements. Proficiency in design thinking methodologies and a user-centric approach to software design and development. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
