Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team.

Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the field sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and submit them to the sales manager.

Qualifications:

Qualification: Graduations are Mandatory

Experience: Min 2+ Year Experience any Field Sales

Age: Min 21 to Max 40
