We Avec U is an ISO-certified (9001:2015) autonomous mental health, life sciences, educational and research organization affiliated with the NCS-Ministry of Labour & Employment, NSDL, ICPEM,UNESCO-CID, NBCA, and IAOTH with a major focus on CLINIC, INTERNSHIPS TRAININGS AND CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS, CAREER GUIDANCE, ACADEMY, RESEARCH FOUNDATION, BRAIN & LIFE SCIENCES RESEARCH FOUNDATION. Job Description: Working hour’s duration comprises 9 hours/day i.e., 54 hours per week with 1 weekly off (Sunday, until informed). Depending on the circumstances and business exigencies, the employee might have to work in shifts and/or over time as permitted. Adhering to and upholding the code of conduct, ethical standards of practice, and guidelines established by We Avec U Group of companies. Develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, convert leads into clients, and conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and emerging opportunities. Utilize digital marketing and social media to promote products, boost brand visibility, and generate leads, while analyzing marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, conducting presentations, negotiating deals, and addressing client inquiries promptly and effectively. Generate regular sales reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, optimizing sales strategies, and contributing to business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams like marketing, product development, and customer support for efficient coordination and information flow, while effectively communicating with internal teams for market insights and customer feedback. Implement industry best practices in sales and marketing strategies, offer training to sales teams on new products and techniques, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Implement and uphold privacy protocols to safeguard confidential information related to organization and other sensitive data. Utilize strategic thinking and market analysis to create tailored business proposals for potential partners, aligning offerings with their goals. Persuasive presentations to showcase our strengths and advantages compared to competitors, using data to attract potential partners and ultimately securing deals through compelling negotiation and communication strategies. Overlooking and coordinating with other supervisors to ensure that the organization is running smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications: Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. ⁠Master’s degree in Marketing,Buisness, Management, or a related field. ⁠Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
