Role and Responsibilities:

As a Telecaller you will be responsible for contacting students and parents to discuss their career goals and provide information about our services. Your main tasks will include:

• Making outbound calls to prospective students and their parents
• Explaining the benefits of our services and answering any inquiries they may have
• Recording and maintaining accurate records of all communication and transactions
• Meeting daily call targets to ensure productivity and effectiveness
• Working closely with the sales team to convert leads into successful registrations

Candidate Qualifications:

To be considered for this role you should meet the following qualifications:

• Graduation or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience working as a telecaller or in a similar role
• Completion of a salesrelated training program
• Proficient in using computers and basic software applications
• Familiarity with diverse cultural norms and ability to adapt communication style accordingly
