We are looking for a skilled Society Manager to join our team. As a Society Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of societies within the organization. Qualifications And Skills - 4 to 6 years of experience in society management or related roles

Roles And Responsibilities - Oversee the day-to-day operations of societies within the organization
- Develop and implement strategies to promote growth and success of the societies
- Manage budgets and financial resources allocated to the societies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and enforce policies and procedures
- Supervise society staff like housekeeping, security, gardener and provide guidance and support
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations
- Coordinate and plan society events and activities
- Maintain positive relationships with society members and stakeholders
- Track and report on the performance and progress of societies
