Job Description: Provide strategic brand direction supporting the company positioning across the organization, including consistency in activations of the brand, specificity on how the brand is translated into products, experiences, and socialization across the organization of all brand-owned decisions and education.Job Responsibilities: This position will have responsibilities related to Marketing and brand establishment.Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.Market research on how to position a product and brand on social media that includes theme, analyzing competitors, other brands, pricing in the market etc.Designing & development of marketing material – leaflet / broachers / letterhead / bills etc.Maintains our social and public media presence for national and international marketMeasures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and any advertising spend and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs) on various platforms.Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.Help creating contents of marketing and product listings and updating and managing contents on company’s websites other platforms.Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.Collaborating with different travel websites / platforms for targeted promotion. Marketing Manager Qualifications/ Must Have Skills:Highly experienced in sector of wellness and healthcare along senior assisted living marketing.Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivateSelf-motivated yet customer-focusedProficient in marketing research and statistical analysisFamiliar with financial planning and strategy as well Able to develop budgetsEducation, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related fieldMust have Relevant Experience of 5 12 Years working in the field of wellness and hospitality.
