Designation:

Senior Engineer - Power & HVAC Experience:

6+ Years Location:

Ghana, West Africa

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES -

Product Knowledge: - In-depth understanding of Power Electronics, Semi-conductors, and UPS systems. - Familiarity with Diesel Generators, Transformers, and Voltage Stabilizers. - Proficiency in Monitoring solutions, communication protocols, and Firmware upgrades. - Experience with Data Center Air-conditioning Systems and Low voltage distribution panels. - Site work execution and coordination with stakeholders.

Service Operations: - Implementation of service plans and customer support. - Inventory management for smooth operations. - Proposal preparation, Warranty Claim Analysis, and Maintenance Planning.

Technical Support: - Startup, maintenance, and site surveys for power equipment. - Data center electrical deployment management. - Coordination with stakeholders for issue resolution and training.

Personal Competences: - Strong team player with proactive communication. - Interpersonal skills for diverse environments. - Ownership mentality and ability to work independently.

Qualifications: - Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics. - 5+ years industry experience in Greenfield and Brownfield projects. - Theoretical knowledge combined with practical expertise. - Proficient in English, both written and oral.
