Job brief We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing, screening, candidates attracting to interviewing, hiring, Onboarding and Payment Collection. Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruiters find and attract qualified applicants for open positions. They review resumes, focusing on skills matching up best to the requirements at hand and interview candidates until they find just what an employer is looking for. Responsibilities End to End Recruitment Management. Design and implement overall recruiting strategy. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc. Screen candidates resumes and job applications. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. Onboard new employees to become fully integrated. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Requirements
Proven recruiting experience as an Recruiter in Recruiting Firm
Experience screening and evaluating candidates through various methods (phone interviewing, writing assessments etc)
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Familiarity with social media recruiting
Excellent communication skills
B Com, BBM, MSW & MBA in Human Resources Management,
