Performance Marketer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in New Delhi. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to improve brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition through various channels such as SEM, Display Advertising, Programmatic Marketing, Paid Social Media, and SEO. The Performance Marketer will leverage data and analytics to optimize campaign performance and drive business results.

• Strong background in digital marketing, including experience with SEM, Display Advertising, Programmatic Marketing, Paid Social Media, and SEO.
• Ability to plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns that achieve business goals and KPIs.
• Experience with marketing attribution modeling and data analytics to measure campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and report on ROI.
• Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition and retention through effective messaging and positioning, creative and content development, and targeting and segmentation.
• Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
