Account Manager Job Location : Hyderabad

The Account Manager is the person in charge of managing a company's relationships with its customers. They are in charge of building long-term relationships with a group of customers and generally stay with customers for the length of their relationship with the company. The goal is to keep clients or accounts as long as possible. Account managers may be in charge of finding new business, be assigned prospects, given accounts, or a combination thereof. Tasks may involve creating Salesforce Opportunities, JIRA tickets, Reporting templates, Insertion Order, etc. Responsibilities: ● Operates as the point of contact for assigned accounts between the Sales and Campaign Management team. ● Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts. ● Makes sure to follow up with clients at regular intervals to avoid any delays in campaign launch and meeting SLAs. ● Gathering campaign information like assets, reporting requirements and revisions. ● Forecasts and tracks client account metrics. Maintain campaign trackers for all the accounts with the received and pending details. ● Weekly connect with CM team to understand the campaign performance and requirements. ● Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals. ● Following the DMS (Dispute Management System) for anything related to budget. ● Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients. ● Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service. ● Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines. ● Keep records of client transactions. ● Updating the required information in Salesforce. ● Proactive updates to the end client regarding the campaign's pacing/ performance. ● Dealing with Screenshots/Reporting/Forecasting, wherever required. ● Processing renewals and communicating Ad Ops team for any changes in the campaign (creative swap/ addition, geo/audience updates).
