Job Description: Responsible for the SMS and Bright Bar quality control operations. Responsible for the Quality Assurance Plan for the product as per QMS Requirement. Responsible for the Material Feasibility Report (MFR) for a new inquiry received from the sales team. Responsible for Bright Bar Inspection and clearance as per customer TDC (transferable development credit). Responsible for the implementation & maintaining of different types of System & Product approval certificates, Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), and Constructive Product Directive (CPD). Responsible for process audits and customer audits and maintaining records. Prepare and update all QMS documents for regular and new products, - SOPs & control plans. Monitoring for quality planning and inspection of rolled products as per the control process based on the customer’s specifications. Responsible for the new grade and product development. Desired Skills: Should have atleast 12 years of experience as a quality assurance manager. Qualification: B.Tech./Diploma in mechanical/ metaullargy.
