Regional Head
Responsibilities - Manage 10 branches
- Achieving business goals and revenue targets
- 100% collection efficiency in all branches
- Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives
- Recruiting, training, attrition control and supporting general managers as well as conducting regular performance appraisals
- Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts
- Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective
- Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards
- Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances
- Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions
- Conduct surprise visits to branches and customers, act as third layer of QC
- Exhibit excellent leadership behaviour and guide the team
- Responsible for region's P&L
- Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development
- Keep a close tab and continuous connect with the high performers and high potential employees
Requirements - 5+ years as regional head and overall 12+ years of experience from MFI/NBFC background
- MBA graduate preferred
- Proven track-record in handling and scaling microfinance business
- Analytics and market intelligence
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Operational execution
- Relationship Management (critical for retaining key customers)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Should have demonstrated excellent people management skills
Base location – Raichur. Travel required to all locations in the region
Locations covered – Raichur, Bellary, Koppal
