About the role:
The Digital Content Marketer is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote the Healthcare business unit’s digital innovation and design services and wellbeing ventures. This includes managing social media accounts, creating high-quality content, and tracking and measuring the success of marketing campaigns and conversion into leads generation. You will also work closely with the sales and marketing team to align your marketing efforts with the company’s overall sales goals.
Eligibility:
- Total 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and content development in healthcare companies preferably in B2B domain.
- 2+ years Marketing Experience with Healthcare and Pharma Companies based in UK and EU region.
- Experience in health and wellness, healthcare and pharma/lifesciences digital innovation and design
- Experience working in a start-up or growth environment.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to measure and track the success of marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Content Strategy:
- Develop and execute a cohesive digital content strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform content strategy.
Content Creation:
- Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to gather information and insights for content creation.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms.
- Plan and schedule social media content, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
- Website Management:Oversee the company website's content, ensuring it is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with brand messaging.
- Work with web developers to optimize website content for SEO.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital content initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure content aligns with overall marketing and business goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
