Job Location: Bangalore and Chennai
Primary Skill: Voice and Accent Trainer
Secondary Skill: Communication Trainer in IT
Job Type: Full-Time(FTE)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners
Shift timings: 24x7
Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Job Description:

Capable of Handling Communication Trainings
Learning & Development SPOC
Event coordination for the projects assigned.
Earlier experience as Voice & Accent Trainer (with Corporate, Colleges, IELTS trainings etc.)
Willing to do both Trainings and Screening of new inductees.
For Training - Emphasis is on Accent Neutralization
For Screening - the broad aspects would be
English language command and basic fluency
Comprehension
Reasoning skills
Listening skills
General communication skills
Power point development and presentation skills
Excel Reporting Skills
Support coordination for different training requirements with all teams
