As the Lead of internal communications, this candidate will lead all the activities targeting an employee strength of around 30,000.
The candidate will be managing leadership communication, social media, and talent branding, in addition to all the general responsibilities associated with internal communications
Internal Communication Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy aligned with the client's brand, mission, and values.
Leadership Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership to effectively convey organizational messages, initiatives, and updates to all employees.
Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content for internal communication channels, including newsletters, emails, intranet, and digital platforms.
Communication Channels: Develop and maintain communication channels, including Intranet portals, email newsletters, video messages, Town Hall meetings, social media, and workshops.
Employee Engagement: Design and execute communication programs that promote employee engagement, recognize achievements, and share success stories.
Change Communication: Support change management initiatives by creating communication plans and materials to facilitate smooth transitions and address employee concerns.
The Successful Applicant
10-15 years of experience in Internal communications
Open to candidates from any industry background
Open to a Work from office opportunity, based out of Chennai or Mumbai
Excellent personal, interpersonal, and communication skills
Open to be hands-on, as and when required
Ability to build a strong rapport with the senior leadership
