Role: Website Merchandiser

KRA's & Responsibilities:
· Responsible for managing the brand website - new product launches, sequencing & merchandising, category builds, product detail maintenance, inventory management and promotional activities.
· Prepare MIS for daily analysis of website performance, including product and category performance and visitor data. Deep dive into Google Analytics to understand consumer behavior and present learnings.
· Regular site audit to ensure 100% accuracy on front and back end.
· Order related responsibilities- timely processing of orders, dispatches, coordination with delivery partners to improve customer experience.
· Website performance & optimization - product recommendations, upselling/cross-selling opportunities, search improvements, mailers, retention marketing, WhatsApp automation etc.
· End to end coordination with third party retailers/ ecommerce marketplaces for online or offline channels- on boarding, order processing, payment follow up, maintaining sales reports.
· Building customer relationships- actively reaching out for new launches, gathering reviews & feedback.
· Responsible for managing all customer touchpoints- emails, website chats, social media messages, customer care chats related to the brand website
· 3-5 yrs e-commerce experience, and strong Excel and data management skills.
