Qualifications

  • To Qualify for HR Specialist position, you must have.5-10 years of procurement/materials/engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Global working experience
  • Comfortable designing for the future, while managing day-to-day operational requirements

  • Must work well in team environment. Strong negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruitment teams and outside resources to generate leads and source candidates throughout the organization. Decide how to best source candidates
  • Determine, develop and implement new and innovative sourcing strategies by maintaining a knowledge of market trends and latest technologies
  • Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
  • Identify, develop and implement sourcing approach that results in sufficient volume of quality talent to meet workforce needs within the respective business units
  • Create and drive non-traditional, innovative sourcing methods and lead managing sourcing events to ensure continuous pipeline to reach passive job seekers amp; to source to fill roles
  • Decide, with minimal oversight, how to source candidates through a variety of channels such as candidate databases, online recruiting platforms, forums, cold calling, network referrals, social platforms, and professional/industry networks
  • Engage and communicate with potential candidates for a diverse range of roles, gauge their interest and suitability for specific current or future position
  • Determine most productive method to maintain and create effective sourcing relationships
  • Maintain candidate relationship databases and manage referral sources
  • Serves as a reliable, critical partner for Talent Acquisition teams, keeping the team informed on the status of sourcing activities
  • Other recruitment activities as assigned and modified by the Talent Acquisition Manager
