We are urgently hiring Area Sales Manager Indore IDEA for one of our esteemed clients in paints & chemical industry!!

Job Proile: Area Sales Manager ( IDEA)

Location: Indore

Overview of Role:

The candidate will be responsible for finding and retaining clients encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features and remaining abreast of changes in consumption within the allocated geography of a specific state.

He/She will also be required to build capacity in team through regular training and mentorship to ensure a motivated team that effectively achieves business objectives within assigned geography. The role will involve significant travelling in within the state allocated.

Responsibility:

Delivery of sales revenue gross margin and demand creation modules for the state within the defined cost budgets Detailed :

Develop and implement appropriate demand generation modules to engage effectively with the assigned TG

Gain Insight in the market and understand which products can gain traction for the assigned TG

Identify explore and leverage key products in the market

Defining the product and deployment strategy along with appropriate pricing

Develop appropriate training modules and execute both for team and TG.

Skills :

Demonstrated ability to achieve sales plans in complex situations

Understanding of the influencer community and their requirements in Waterproofing Paints Plasters Textures Wood Coatings and Speciality finishes

Entrepreneurial mind set and ability to find solutions in a market with limited resources

Ability to build positive working relationships both internally and externally;

Effective business skills in conceptualizing and presenting information

Team Responsibilities :

Keep client database updated; Build an accurate and effective database of current and potential on approved platforms

Should maintain a healthy and a long term relation with Clients;

Prepare and manage a marketing plan for an intended product service idea or event to engage or train the TG

Executing & Coordinating business generation activities. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients on approved platforms

Handle end to end sales of generated leads;

Generate New Client and revive the Old client;

Maintain weekly/monthly sales data and reports;

Requirements

Age Group 26 to 35 years

Relevant managerial experience of 35 years in the cement industry

Possesses an energetic outgoing and friendly demeanour;

Effective communicator and a great storyteller;

Demonstrates high ethical values and analytical skills;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call connect and interact with potential customers

Age Group 26 to 35 years Relevant managerial experience of 3-5 years in the cement industry Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor; Effective communicator and a great storyteller; Demonstrates high ethical values and analytical skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
