About the Department

Finance GBS, established in 2007, is now a robust organization with over 600 full-time employees. We are responsible for supporting Sourcing Analytics, Procurement to Payment, Record to Report, Financial Planning & Analytics, Process and Digital Excellence, and Commercial Analytics for all Novo Nordisk affiliates/countries. Our primary mission is to consistently deliver exceptional service to our stakeholders and enhance the value of our processes .

The Position

As a Manager, you will be primarily responsible for

• Managing Operations and Seamless service delivery.
• Stakeholder management.
• Compliance.
• People development and Team management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce (or equivalent).
• Good academic track record and grades. Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience, working within Finance Offshoring centres.
• Strong accounting & analytical skills.
• Project management skills, including change management skills.
• Strong proven people and performance management skills.
• Experience working with Global stakeholders is preferred. Can operate on strategic, tactic and operational level, preferably strong skills on service culture and delivery process standardization and optimization.
• Experience with working in an international company. LEAN / Six Sigma experience. Knowledge of SAP is MUST.
• Strong people management and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven with a desire to influence.
