About the job
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers
- Communicate with candidates to provide updates, answer questions, and address concerns
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely filling of CRM systems by employees
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates when needed
- Coordinate pre-employment checks, such as reference checks and background screenings
- Support the managers in administrative tasks and create a balance between the employees and managers
- Provide support in organizing recruitment events and fun exercises
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role or in recruitment/administrative positions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
- Proactive and able to work independently
