Role and Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Managing the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through various channels
- Conducting background checks and verifying employment references
- Participating in job fairs and campus recruitment activities
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Candidate Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you should have:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 02 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
