Job description
Responsibilities :
- Sell Tarneas products and services to pharma retailers.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls.
- Handle WhatsApp-based communication with Prospects.
- Handle enquiries and customer queries .
- Update CRM.
- Set appointments with prospective customers for onboarding.
- Train other telemarketers if required.
- Provide daily and weekly feedback from the prospects.
- Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff.
- Refer customer complaints to the supervisor for quality control.
- Build referrals and positive testimonials from the retailers.
Technical / Functional Skills Required:
- Basic user-level knowledge of Android and common Android apps.
- User-level knowledge of apps like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business.
- Google Suite and / or MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
