Web Content Writer

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh for a Technical Content Writer with at least 3 years of experience. The Technical Content Writer will be responsible for creating clear and concise documentation and instruction manuals for our various IT services. The Technical Content Writer will also work with cross-functional teams to create and edit content for websites, blogs, articles, and social media posts.

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Communications or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in technical content writing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong research skills and the ability to translate complex technical information into concise and easy-to-understand content
• Knowledge of SEO and experience in writing clear and concise content for websites and social media
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers
• Experience in the IT industry or in writing technical content for IT services is preferred
