AET team performance check its feedback for improvement.

AET assessment scoring for ALL AET on monthly basis.

Training to employees about SFTI related activities.

CANDO team performance check 7 feedback for its improvement.

Initiatives to adapt the lean six sigma tools to the site.

Organizing rewards recognition program for plant best suggestion/KAIZEN

Support the site leadership team with the tools useful for the right improvement projects selection process.

Continuous Value stream update on all future state VSMs action plans.

Preparation communication of Monthly MIS for site KPIs, SFTI Projects.

Participating in the AET Meetings to observe the progress to identify the common problems escalate them.

Approval for project saving by raising 2B2 for projects.

Solve the AET CANDO related queries raise by concern dept.

Organising periodic events for 5S,CLITA,Abnormality analysis OPLs.

Online training to operators related to SFTI Activities.

Monthly AET review on progress improvement areas with plant steering committee.

Qualifications

BE/B.tech/MBA with 1 to 3 years preferably from pharma formulation industry.
