Product Sales Specialists are experts who sit in-region and will be dedicated to ad product groups, in this role the Specialist will drive growth and adoption of Amazon's DSP Features and Solutions. To succeed in this role, you will be an expert in programmatic, have deep industry expertise in AdTech (Supply, Identity, AdServers, etc.) and enjoy solving complex, large scale projects. Product Sales Specialists deploy a combination of both scaled and direct customer support. They execute known working sales plays and innovate through advertiser specific solutions in partnership with Product teams and Sales account teams. Product Sales Specialists play an enablement role and are brought in as needed to close business with high value customers - often focusing on delivering short-term progress (e.g., 6 months) against specific accounts with pre-identified adoption challenges. Key job responsibilities Experience managing internal and external relationships with senior stakeholders, including Sales, Account Management, and Product groups
Demonstrated ability to close sales and generate revenue, with a focus on delivering long term customer driven outcomes
Manage customer objection handling and suggest alternative solutions as necessary to maximize the partnership opportunity
Demonstrated strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills. Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams
Experience of working in the Digital marketing/Video domain - Programmatic would be a plus with a focus that includes go-to-market strategy
Ability to think strategically, built long term vision and execute methodically. Adept at making data-driven decisions.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment
Should be able to contribute both as an individual contributor and as leader of people
Bachelor's degree or equivalentStrong analytical skills and structured problem-solving skills.
