Job description
Title: Financial Management Consultant Work Location: Bhopal, MP (100% onsite)
We are looking for Financial Management Consultant, who has 6+ years of experience in finance domain, where they have majorly worked on Forecasting, Budgeting, Financial reports & statements, Investment Planning, Tax Planning, and FP&A. Qualification: Graduate in any Discipline and CA/CS/ MBA (Finance) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level II or Higher. Good to have (Anyone): Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Investment Counselor (CIC), Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Financial Risk Manager (FRM). Experience: Experience in Commercial Evaluations, Project Financing and Appraisal, Business Modelling, PPP and Risk Management of IT/ e-Governance projects. Knowledge of Procurement/ GFR/ State procurement rules is desirable. Prior exposure to work with the government departments/ functions/ e-Governance projects would be preferred. Should have analytical skills for understanding of financial statements. Responsibility: Provide guidance to project teams on long-term financial viability and sustainability of e-Governance initiatives. Review fund utilization and provide inputs to the department as well as State. Assist in fund allocation & preparation of budgets. Support for periodic review of budgetary & financial statements. Assist in appraisal of project reports for their financial viability and provide expert advice to ensure financial robustness of the projects. Provide support to the Government financial applications such as PFMS, Cyber Treasury, Central & State Govt. budgeting system etc.Job tags
