Job description
1. Experience in Handling BIW fixture design projects / Turnkey projects(Technical co ordination).
2. Experience in Automotive field project specially in Assembly and production
3. Experience in developing hemming lines and designing hemming beds.
3. Experience in Designing of BIW fixtures and its simulation.
4. Experience in conducting design, Simulation reviews and buyoff s.
5. Experience in creating milestone documents as per Mercedes standards.
5. Should have worked on Simulatenous Engineering / Pre planning and developing layout.
6. Should have exposure to Interference zones, IO Signals, MRS and OLP s..etc
7. Awareness of Mercedes standards.
8. Ability to provide solutions to Manufacturing and Installation problems.
9. Good Communication skills.
10.Ability to speak in German will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Technical co ordination of a Turnkey project (Design / Simulation / Documentation) b/w supplier and customer.
2. Handle projects to develop production lines to build colsures.
3. Control the quality of deliveries from Supplier.
4. Plan the project activities as per milestones - Design, simulation, drawing release, documentation,buyoff s.
5. Drive the supplier to get the required output and Quality as per planned timelines.
6. Provide solutions and clarify the queries from supplier.
7. Address all adhoc requirement from customer.
8. Ability to speak in German language will be an added advantage.
